“So I stayed at Extended Stay for a few weeks while I was waiting for my home to be available to move into. I was on the 3rd floor end , Yes the highway noise sucks but I got ear plugs so I made due because of the fact the suite was like a little studio apartment. I was close to work, and all the shopping centers around!!! I didn't mind not getting housekeeping service as " Everyone cleans different and besides the rates a week for the area are the cheapest in all grand rapids!! They don't give you free breakfast or coffee because our room has the equipped kitchen so I can make my own laundry on site but it is a little pricey $5 to wash and $3 to dry. Staff was very nice and I didn't have any complaints outside of some hallway noises from other guests but that's to be expected when you live in a complex type setting, but if you don't want the highway noise or the other hood ruckus , I think it's $20 more a night to stay at Kentwood and that one is more peaceful but again you're paying for that, Anyways I wish I never moved into my apartment because of how close and convenience extended stay is, I enjoyed my stay here and definitely will be back”
“I had to relocate due to my challenging circumstances and fortunately, I found a cozy place to live with my girlfriend and son. It’s budget-friendly, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ve worked with me multiple times. My son has grown up here and feels more at home here than anywhere else. I’ve never had a negative experience, and I want to give a special shoutout to Michelle, the manager. She’s an outstanding staff member who goes above and beyond to assist whenever needed. When I first moved, I had problems with my faucet in my bathroom. She had maintenance come and take care of it right away! Another problem came later on with my ac, we had my room changed. How much more flexible can staff get, am I right? 5 stars!”
“Great staff Clean rooms, They don't Inform you up front but if your staying for any amount of time I suggest getting the upgraded room it's $4 a day more and it comes with all the pots and pans plates silverware you need when you have a full kitchen!”
